Organically farmed grower Champagne made of 100% Pinot Munier from Vincelles. Manual harvest, native yeast fermentation in steel tanks, bottled and rested on its lees for 27 months. Fine persistent bubbles, straw color, nervy minerality, peach tart, focused acidity, clean, dry, crisp.
