The 2016 Sons & Daughters Ranch Estate Chardonnay is a fresh and vibrant wine showcasing Russian River Valley terroir. Fermented in 67% stainless steel and 33% concrete cubes, this unoaked Chardonnay retains its natural acidity and minerality. Concrete cubes contribute to the wine’s purity and complexity, enhancing the fruit’s expression while softening tannins. With no malolactic conversion, this wine emphasizes bright fruit flavors of green apple, citrus, and pear.
